Before making it, you might think to yourself, how much water does it take to make this milk? You might be worried about the amount of water added because too much water might make the consistency thin, and too little water might make the consistency too thick for you to enjoy. The perfect water ratio is four to one, the ratio of water to cashews. So for a cup of cashews, you will need four cups of water. This ratio will give you a perfectly smooth and creamy texture.

Depending on the amount of cashew milk you are going to make, make sure to keep the ratio in mind. So if you want to make a larger amount of this milk then you may use the double amount. Which is eight to two. So for eight cups of water, you are going to add two cups of cashew. Then blend it together with sweeteners like honey, dates or maple syrup, etc. Or you can choose to add salt or vanilla extract if you do not like something sweet.
