I forgot my password. How can I get a new one?

Visit lorenta.com and click on the person/user icon to the right of "Blog" in the main site menu. Click on "Forgot your password?", enter your email address, and click "Submit." We'll send you instructions on how to update your password.

What method of payment is accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and limited forms of crypto currency.

Can I leave a birthday/custom note with my order?

Of course! In the cart section there is a field where you can leave your birthday wishes, get well soon or any message you want to include with your purchase and we will make sure to attach it in the box!

When can I place my order?

Orders can be placed on our website 24/7 365 days a year. Your order will be processed and shipped during normal business hours, which is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time.

How do I know if my order is placed?

You will receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online or by phone. If you do not receive an email confirmation within ten minutes of placing your order, please check your spam filter. We recommend whitelisting support@lorenta.com and hello@lorenta.com.
