This is the perfect fall recipe. Bake up a storm when you use fresh apple cider and grated apples with a bit of pecan and banana bread. If you’re looking for the banana bread you want for the fall season. First, you will need to get the ingredients below:
- One cup of brown sugar
- Two cups of all-purpose flour
- One teaspoon of baking soda
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- One-quarter cup of canola oil
- One-quarter cup of reduced cider
- One teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- One large grated apple
- Two large cups
Of course, the first thing to do is to heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. A large loaf pan should then be lined and greased. This should be done using parchment paper.
Grate the Apples and mash your bananas. Using a fork, stir them together. Then, add sugar, cider, and egg oil and whisk them together.
Add baking soda, salt, flour, and cinnamon and whisk them together. Turn the batter into the loaf pan and bake for at least one hour. When the top bounces back after pressing, it’s well-baked. The smaller your loaf pan, the less time it will take for the bread to bake.
