Lemon Almonds

Have you ever tasted lemon almonds? Lemon almonds are a great grab-and-go snack.

Lemon Almonds Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic (very thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon of flaked sea salt

Lemon Almonds Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Combine almonds, garlic, and lemon zest and juice in a bowl and let stand for 15 minutes. Then transfer almond mixture to a roasting pan, scatter with flaked sea salt and roast, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until mixture is dry and crisp.

Honey Roasted Almond Chili Rocks

Honey Roasted Almond Chili Rocks Ingredients:

  • Honey roasted almonds (View our flavorful butter toffee almonds)
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of ¼ cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups natural almonds
  • Cooking spray

Honey Roasted Almond Chili Rocks Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray, as necessary. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg white, paprika, sugar, salt, sauce and cayenne pepper until well combined. Add the almonds and toss until evenly coated.

Lastly, transfer almonds to the parchment-lined baking tray and spread out to form a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes until the coating is crisp. Allow to cool and break up
nuts into bite-sized pieces that are stuck together.
