1 Pot Leftover Thanksgiving Casserole 2

Ingredients Casserole

  • 4 cups of prepared leftover stuffing, divided.
  • 4 cups of leftover cooked turkey that has been chopped finely and weighs about 1 lb.
  • ¾  cup of mayonnaise (divided)
  • ¼  cup of cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups of leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Methods Casserole

  1. Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Use nonstick cooking spray to coat an 8-inch baking dish.
  2. All of the turkey should be layered on top of the turkey and half of the stuffing.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup mayo and 1/4 cup cranberry sauce over the turkey in an equal layer.
  4. Spread 1/4 cup mayo and 1/4 cup cranberry sauce over the turkey in an equal layer.
  5. Spread evenly on top of the cranberry sauce mixture after combining the potatoes, cheese, and remaining 1/2 cup of mayo in another bowl.
  6. Add the remaining stuffing on top.
  7. Cook for 25 minutes, or until well heated.
