Ingredients Chocolate Hazelnut Pancakes Recipe

  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ cup dark unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbs butter melted
  • 1 ½ cups buttermilk
  • 4 Tbs Nutella
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts

Instructions Chocolate Hazelnut Pancakes Recipe

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl
  • Add egg, butter and milk and beat well
  • Preheat non-stick pan or griddle, grease with butter or vegetable oil
  • Spoon batter onto hot pan, cook until there are little bubbles on the pancake
  • Flip and finish cooking, then place on a plate
  • Serve pancakes with a tablespoon of Nutella (optional) and 2 tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts.

* Optional: Add powdered sugar, honey or syrup
