Pecan Sauce. The taste of this rich and buttery bourbon praline pecan sauce is sure to get your taste buds excited. The toasted pecans are heavily mixed in caramelized sauce and topped with a Kentucky bourbon. The versatility of this dish is endless and can be enjoyed on any occasion.

Here is a list of ingredients Pecan Sauce

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream 
  • 1/2 cup butter 
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup 
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda 
  • 3 Tbsp bourbon 
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 1 1/4 cup Raw Pecans 
  • roughly chopped and toasted
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar

Procedure Pecan Sauce

Proceed by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, spread your Pecan in a single layer over a baking sheet. Set aside the pecan after you have toasted for six to eight minutes. 

Then, get the brown sugar, butter, heavy cream, salt, cinnamon, and corn syrup and bring them to a boil. Please bring them to a boil using a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Ensure that you are stirring as they boil. When you are sure that it is boiled, bring down the heat and allow it to bubble for about two minutes. 

After two minutes, take it down from the fire and add baking soda. Stir until the baking soda blends into the mix. Then add bourbon, toasted pecans, and vanilla. Ensure that they are well incorporated. Allow to cool slightly and serve when warm. 

Note: It can last for up to 3 days if covered and chilled. Reheat in the microwave on a low setting or in a saucepan over low heat.
