Bliss Bars. There’s nothing like the decadent tastes of this unique spin when it comes to traditional happiness bars. Organic sweetness is provided by adding a blueberry sauce and fresh walnuts, raw strawberries, and oats. Blueberry Walnut Bliss Bars can be made in several directions. 

Instructions Bliss Bars

  • About two-thirds of a cup of ground walnuts
  •  A half-cup of graham cracker leftovers
  •  Two tablespoons of baking sugar and a third of a cup of baking sugar were kept apart.
  • One-third cup of oats from the old days
  •  Three spoonfuls of butter
  •  One package (225 g) of low-fat cream cheese
  •  A teaspoonful of orange juice
  •  Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  •  Half a cup of heavy cream with less fat.
  •  Two teaspoons of blueberry jam.
  •  Fresh blueberries, one and a half cups.

Directions For Preparing This Blueberry Walnut Bliss Bars

Put the oats, cracker crumbs, and two tablespoons of baking sugar, walnuts, and butter into a mixing bowl. Push the mixture into the bottom of a square eight-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Preheat it at 177 °C for a few minutes until it’s set and the edges are golden brown. Place them on a wire rack to cool. 

Press and mix the cream cheese and the rest of the sugar in a sizable bowl until smooth. Add orange juice and vanilla and beat. Blitz the seasonings and mix them in. scattered on the bottom rim of the saucepan.

In a pan, heat the preserves on high in the oven for a few seconds until warm. Gradually stir in the blueberries. Sprinkle it on top. Put it in the fridge until you have to serve it.
