Baked Banana and Cashew Oatmeal. If you have been looking for ways to spice up your oatmeal, this baked banana, and cashew oatmeal is a great option. It is a healthy breakfast choice that tastes like banana bread and is gluten-free. Ideal for vegan-friendly folks. 

Ingredients Baked Banana and Cashew Oatmeal

  • Two big and ripe bananas
  • ½ cup of roughly chopped cashews
  • One full teaspoon of smooth and powdered cinnamon
  • 2 cups of oats
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • One tablespoon of natural honey
  • Two full tablespoons of powdered flaxseed
  • 2 cups of oat milk
  • ½ tablespoon of table salt 
  • Two teaspoons of vanilla extract for taste
  • One tablespoon of peanut butter
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup 
  • One tablespoon of melted coconut oil 

Directions Baked Banana and Cashew Oatmeal

  1. First, you need to preheat your oven to a temperature of 375° 
  2. Grease a baking dish and arrange half of the circle-sliced bananas in it
  3. Mix the oats, powdered cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and cashews in another bowl and pour over the pre-arranged bananas
  4. In the same mixing bowl, mix the maple syrup, smooth flaxseed, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, oat milk, and vanilla extract thoroughly 
  5. Add the mixture to the baking dish and press lightly with a fork or spoon to ensure the mixture spreads evenly
  6. Arrange the remaining sliced bananas and bake for about 35 minutes. 

Nothing smells so heavenly as an oven with baked banana and cashew oatmeal. You may also decide to drizzle a small quantity of maple syrup.
