- Ice (500g)
- Coconut cream (2 ounces)
- Dried pineapple (8 ounces)
- Macadamia nut (250g)
- Vodka (4 ounces)
- Umbrella – for garnish
Method Macadamia Nut Chi Chi
- Add coconut cream, dried pineapple (after soaking), macadamia nuts, and vodka in a blender.
- Blend the ingredients well until they turn smooth without any lump inside. Add some sweeteners if it is not as sweet as you want.
- Afterward, serve the drink into your glass cup and add ice and a paper parasol to the top to give the feeling of being at a bar, a party, or a beach.
- You can serve this drink to your friends during a party, to your family, or just alone.
