Keto Protein Bars. These delicious no bake Keto Protein Bars are perfect for those who desire to eat healthier. They’re packed with protein to keep you full and satisfied while also being low in carbs to support a keto diet. Whether you’re looking to hit the gym or just working out at home, these Keto Protein Bars are perfect for your workout routine.

Ingredients Keto Protein Bars

  • 1 cup of Hazelnuts, dry-roasted
  • ½ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup of collagen
  • 1 teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Salt, ⅛ teaspoon
  • 1 ounce of dark chocolate (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (optional)

Method Keto Protein Bars

  1. Add hazelnuts and coconut shreds to a food processor and blend to get fine flour.
  2. Add salt, monk fruit, vanilla, and collagen. When squeezed together, the mixture should retain its shape and begin to clump.
  3. Use your hands to firmly press the mixture into an 8″ by 4″ baking pan after placing it there.
  4. Give the bars an hour to freeze so they can set.
  5. Take out of the freezer, then divide into 8 separate bars.
