Ingredients Brazil Nut Milk

For Tasting

  • Sea salt
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Cacao powder (1 teaspoon)


  • Soak your Brazil nuts in water overnight. 
  • Drain the water the next day, place the nuts in a blender, and add a cup of water. 
  • Blend the combination until it becomes smooth.
  • Use a fine filter or cheesecloth to strain the blended mixture, and you can begin drinking your Brazil nut milk plain if you want.
  • If you love a chocolatey taste, put the milk back in the blender and add sea salt, cacao powder, ground cinnamon, and dates. 
  • Blend the combination until it becomes creamy. At this point, you can begin enjoying every sip.
