Ingredients Almond Berry Parfait
- Sliced almonds (240g)
- Greek yogurt (240g)
- Fresh mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.) (240g)
- Honey (34.14g)
- Vanilla extract (5.69g)
Method Almond Berry Parfait
Set your oven and preheat to 350°F (175°C). Bring your sliced almonds and spread them on a baking sheet before baking for 5-7 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove the sheet from the oven and set it aside to cool.
Bring out a small bowl, pour the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Layer the yogurt mixture, mixed berries, and toasted almonds in a serving glass or jar. Continue the process until you reach the top of the glass.
Garnish with a few extra berries and almonds, if desired. Put it in the fridge until it becomes cold enough if you prefer chilled. However, if you do not want the drink cold, serve it immediately. Enjoy your delicious and healthy Almond Berry Parfait!
