Start your day with this banana mango yogurt smoothie to give you that morning glow. Bursting full of flavor! Very easy and fast to make. 

Ingredients

  • Plain Greek yogurt (83g)
  • Large, sliced, and frozen banana (1)
  • Large cubed mango (1), you can use dried mango if you soak them

Method

  • Add the banana, mango, and yogurt to the blender, then blend until it turns smooth but thick. Do not add sugar. If the smoothie is excessively thick, pour in some milk and blend until it reaches the thickness you desire.  
  • If you want to use dried mango and banana chips, soak them first, add the water into the blender, and blend with the yogurt. 
  • However, you must place it in the refrigerator to freeze. 
  • If you want the smoothie to taste sweeter, add some honey.
