RECIPE: Blueberry Granola Smoothie!
INGREDIENTS:
– 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
– ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or non-fat milk
– ¼ cup granola (GF optional)
– ¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
– 1 small banana, peeled
– ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
– ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
– ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in blender, secure lid and blend until desired consistency is reached
Note: Use gluten-free granola and make this a gluten-free smoothie!
