What You Need to Know to Make Apricot Macadamia Nut Bars

Regulate the oven to about 300°C. Line a medium square baking pan with cooking spray. Spray some baking paper, and then lay it on the pan inside the oven.

In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients and stir them into a pan that has been lined.

Lightly spray with cooking spray and press the mixture down into a flat layer.

Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until the edges start to get a golden brown.

To cool the pan, move it to a metal steamer basket. When the bars are cool, gently pull them out of the pan using the corners of the baking paper. Then, place them on a wooden board and slash them into squares.

Each bar should be cut into 8 to 12 pieces, and each piece should be wrapped in paper.

For up to two weeks, keep it in the fridge in a tightly sealed freezer bag.
