  • One cup of brown sugar
  • Two cups of all-purpose flour 
  • One teaspoon of baking soda 
  • Half a teaspoon of salt 
  • One-quarter cup of canola oil
  • One-quarter cup of reduced cider 
  • One teaspoon of pure vanilla extract 
  • One large grated apple 
  • Two large cups

Step 1 

Of course, the first thing to do is to heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. A large loaf pan should then be lined and greased. This should be done using parchment paper. 

Step 2
