- Cinnamon (220g)
- Dark brown sugar (3 tablespoons)
- Butter (2 tablespoons)
- Halved or whole walnuts (250g)
Procedure Candied Walnuts
- Add butter in a skillet and place over medium-high heat, so the butter melts.
- Add in the sugar and walnuts, then toss to coat.
- Leave the sugar to melt till it turns sticky before using a cooking spray to spray a piece of parchment paper.
- After coating the walnuts evenly, pour them on the parchment paper in a single layer.
- Add the sprinkles of the cinnamon next and allow it to cool off before crumbling. This recipe assures a tasty candy if all procedures are carefully followed.
