Almond Butter Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal cups are an excellent meal for your kids! They are freezer-friendly and are made with apples, maple syrup, and oats. The almond butter and oatmeal are an incredible addition. This recipe is relatively easy. But first, let us take a look at the recipes you will need:

  • Two large eggs
  • Half cup of Unsweetened applesauce 
  • One teaspoon of vanilla extract 
  • One-quarter cup of pure maple syrup 
  • One cup of unsweetened vanilla. You can use regular almond milk as an alternative. 
  • Half cup of creamy natural almond butter 
  • One teaspoon of baking powder 
  • Two tablespoons of cinnamon 
  • One-quarter teaspoon of allspice 
  • One-quarter teaspoon of salt 
  • One-quarter teaspoon of nutmeg 
  • One teaspoon of baking powder 
  • One and a half cups of diced apple

Directions Almond Butter Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal Cups Recipe

Step 1 

The first step involves oven heating at a temperature of 350F. Then, using mun liners, line a 12-cup mun pan. Next is to spray with a non-stick cooking spray. 

Step 2 

Mix your Apple sauce in a bowl. Also, mix the almond butter,  almond milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix them until they combine well. 

Step 3 

The oats, cinnamon, baking powder, allspice, nutmeg, and salt are the following ingredients you need to stir in. When you’re done stirring and are sure they are well combined, fold them into the diced apples. 

Step 4

Proceed to distribute the batter in an even manner across the mun liners. Then, bake for about 20 minutes. You will know it’s well-baked when it turns brown. Either warm or cold and top off with nut butter. 

Notes for the recipe: You can freeze your oatmeals by allowing them to cool completely after baking. Place in an airtight bag and freeze for up to three months.
