Ingredients Peanut Cookies

  • Melted and cooled semi-sweet chocolate (2 ounces)
  • Shelled & salted peanuts (1 cup)
  • Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Flour (1 cup)
  • Egg (1)
  • Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Light brown sugar (1/2 cup)
  • Granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
  • Softened butter (8 tablespoons)

Procedure Peanut Cookies

Start heating the oven until it reaches 350°F, then add butter to your baking sheet.

Get a bowl and put sugars and butter. Add cream to the sugar and butter and mix using an electric mixer for the mixture to become light. Beat well after putting the egg and vanilla extract. Blend well after putting the peanuts, baking powder, and flour.

Using a rounded tablespoon, put the batter on the baking sheet and ensure they are 2 inches apart. Set in the oven for 10 minutes, which is usually sufficient to allow it to bake well. However, do not remove them from the oven until the cookies become light brown. 

After removing from the oven, allow the cookies to cool off, then add the melted chocolate to them. Keep the peanut cookies in a cool, dry place.
